Message:
John 14:15-17
“If you love me, you will obey what I command. And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Counselor to be with you forever– the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you.(NIV)
-He’s always with us, guiding and directing, He is so aewsome!!!

Acts 2:1-13
When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place. Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting. They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them. Now there were staying in Jerusalem God-fearing Jews from every nation under heaven. When they heard this sound, a crowd came together in bewilderment, because each one heard them speaking in his own language. Utterly amazed, they asked: “Are not all these men who are speaking Galileans? Then how is it that each of us hears them in his own native language? Parthians, Medes and Elamites; residents of Mesopotamia, Judea and Cappadocia, Pontus and Asia, Phrygia and Pamphylia, Egypt and the parts of Libya near Cyrene; visitors from Rome (both Jews and converts to Judaism); Cretans and Arabs–we hear them declaring the wonders of God in our own tongues!” Amazed and perplexed, they asked one another, “What does this mean?” Some, however, made fun of them and said, “They have had too much wine.”(NIV)
-notice it was as the spirit was enabling them, there is a negative and a positive side to enabling, God is simply saying here that He enables, equips, empowers us, He will never lead us to a place where He hopes we will fail.
-He REALLY has enabled us to SUCCEED!! We have every likelihood in our lives to success.
-3 main uses of tongues today that we are mainly seeing the Holy Spirit move: language interpretation, personal devotional tongues is more often, you hear this for personal edification, someone gives a tongue and someone stands up and interprets.

Corinthians 12:11 – all these gifts He gives as He wills, not like an on/off button but more like a volume button, His gifts are something that grows. Here’s a thought, perhaps at the day of Pentecost not everyone had full command of those languages, perhaps some only had partial and others had more, maybe some could only gives a couple sentences or a Jesus Loves You in the other language.
-Some of us need an increase in volume and to practice the gifts we have been given
-This is true according to Romans also…..

Romans 12:6-8
We have different gifts, according to the grace given us. If a man’s gift is prophesying, let him use it in proportion to his faith. If it is serving, let him serve; if it is teaching, let him teach; if it is encouraging, let him encourage; if it is contributing to the needs of others, let him give generously; if it is leadership, let him govern diligently; if it is showing mercy, let him do it cheerfully.(NIV)

-We may have access to all the gifts at different measures depending on how the Holy Spirit has enabled.

We need to communicate all the time everyday that: God IS. He loves you, forgives you and there’s an eternal life because God is. The point is that we get to the start of the bible, In the beginning God… if a person acknowleges that He is they HAVE to ask question #2. If God is, then what does He want, what’s the point to life and living etc?

A word came forth:
You can’t or you won’t? What does it look like when you come together in worship? Where are your eyes focused? On the sounds? On the beats? on the performance? Check yourselves my children. I want to be the center of your attention always. yes always, in praise, in your activities, in your work, from the busy-ness of the days to the quietness of night, 24/7, every waking moment.
