-started using and drinking at 12 years age

-a major car accident then a very bad 35′ fall with coma and a continual downward spiral of using then selling led to jail time where he began to call upon the Lord

-a couple of relapses and meeting his wife has put him in a place of following the Lord each day and staying clean for over 3 years clean and sober

Pastor Stan preached a repentance message from Pride using:

Luke 18:9-14

3 Signs of pride:

1. Praying too loudly:not in volume but rather not praying to God but for the ones listening.
2. Be careful of Pride when you begin to list all your accomplishments. The only accomplishments was what Jesus did on the cross.
3. Comparing ourselves to others, pointing the finger, it gives a bit of comfort but Watch out for Pride!

-We are all completely lost without the grace of God by Jesus Christ.

-Anything we do for the kingdom is Him doing it through us not our own horn to blow

Micah 6: Act justly and seek mercy and walk Humbly before God.

Are you and I in a place that it’s quiet enough that we can hear His leading?
