-Jesus understands your temptation and is willing to help us get through it.
-Death has an inherit power to it because of fear. The enticement of suicide is that you won’t be lonely or sad or have pain anymore. Death HAS BEEN defeated through the blood of Jesus. It was part of the curse from the garden, where we don’t have Jesus we don’t have hope. Even war wouldn’t have power if there was no such thing as death. Remember saints, Satan doesn’t hold the power of death, he doesn’t have the keys. Even Satan has to operate under the will of God.
Heb 2:15 – it’s the fear that Satan uses and that’s all he’s got, but Jesus has set us free from this fear also!

The heart of Satan’s power is fear and since most of men are afraid of death or of each other he uses the power of death.

The world doesn’t know what to do with death, we say all kinds of ridiculous things that aren’t even true regarding death or funerals because it’s uncomfortable.
If we fear God more than the gunman or the disease or even death itself.
What are you and I afraid of today? Bring it to Jesus and Fear/Revere the one who has overcome death and the Grave and be free.
