2 Corinthians 5:20-21

Romans 6:6-7
For we know that our old self was crucified with him so that the body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves to sin– because anyone who has died has been freed from sin.(NIV)

-Blossom the Cow: 
-she lived 217 years ago aprox, she was a dairy cow, milked by milkmaids, she had a disease called cowpox, the udders get blisters. When she was milked the handmaids would get cowpox. A pathologist named Dr. Jenner learned that even though the handmaids contracted cowpox were immune to small pox. 300 million died in the 18th century – 1 out of 3 people were dieing from it! This man discovered that if you were introduced to cowpox so he took puss from the hands of the milkmaids and inoculated his children and they didn’t get small pox.
The point of this is that the very thing that was killing people is what inoculated them!
*****Jesus became sin (the thing that was killing us) so that we could be righteous!

Are you Immune to sin? Do you have Christ? Is He living in you? Do you have the condition of sin dealt with on the cross??

Now we have immunity to sin! Death for believers will simply be a transition into life.
