When we fast and pray we cause our bodies to come into alignment with the spirit and not fulfill the lists of the flesh.
Praise is a weapon!!
Worship is battle!!
We need to begin earnestly praying like never before.

Mephibosheth was in Lo Debar a Godless area meaning no thing. It was an isolated rejected place.
David’s love to Meph is a beautiful picture of Gods amazing redemptive grace.
He does not want is to dwell in Lo Debar anymore!!
Story prodigal son is also similar. The Father doesn’t call him the prodigal, the Father doesn’t see us that way because of the blood.
He doesn’t see us as dead dogs.
He sees us as sons and daughters.
Tom that was stabbed on Christmas day was in Lo Debar and we all need to begin stepping out and loving those in Lo Debar and Love them out of it.
If your a dead dog in Lo Debar know that Jesus came to give you Life.
