Who are we really? What is the self talk that we are listening to?

Bro Paulin preached:
Verse:
Acts: 12:1-19

We must forsake sin and keep close to Jesus. There are angels all around us, helping us and protecting us.

Psalm 104:4 (NIV)
He makes winds his messengers, flames of fire his servants.

Our guardian angels will fight for our soul’s. We need to make sure we have received Jesus as our deliverer from sin and accepted His grace and salvation.

Other names for angels:
Hosts, principality, powers, morning star
*they are fiery and worship God, we need to be like them (not worship them) but worship God like they do.
*they are obedient to God so we need to copy them
*they are meek & wise, we should copy them similarly
*mighty, innumerable

Don’t make Angels unemployed today.
So many functions of Angels: not always patient, guard the way to the tree of life, they spoke to people regularly to keep them from harm, Jesus in dessert and during the final temptation in the garden they were there to assist.
Angels will be at the judgement testifying and recording everything that you and I do so make sure your record is wiped clean.

Psalm 91:1-16 (NIV)
He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, “He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.” Surely he will save you from the fowler’s snare and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart. You will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day, nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the plague that destroys at midday. A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, but it will not come near you. You will only observe with your eyes and see the punishment of the wicked. If you make the Most High your dwelling– even the LORD, who is my refuge– then no harm will befall you, no disaster will come near your tent. For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways; they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone. You will tread upon the lion and the cobra; you will trample the great lion and the serpent. “Because he loves me,” says the LORD, “I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name. He will call upon me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him. With long life will I satisfy him and show him my salvation.”

Paul and Silas while in prison made a decision to worship, sing, praise in the Spirit and with the understanding and so should we when we are in our own prison.

Prayers and praises can change a prison into a revival house.

Lets decree and declare today all shackles and fetters in our lives are shattered. Declare to whatever it is: be broken in Jesus name.

He will never leave us, never forsake us!
